Abstract Diaphragm tanks are a common type of pressurized in which the diaphragm is used to separate fuel part from high-pressure part, compress tank, and reduce free space avoid liquid sloshing. The main purpose application ensure continuous flow pure without gas bubble into spacecraft engine. In mission, will experience wide range acceleration at different levels filling. These conditions change state equilibrium between volume fluid move toward discharge portion tank. As result this movement, curvature changed structure collapses rest, called folding. When large nonlinear folding occurs, there potential for damage through wear, rubbing, excessive stress. Predicting behavior order calculate diaphragm’s susceptibility corrosion, rupture, surface strain one major design challenges. study, new method provided analyze deformation by using numerical techniques. Also, investigation verified experimental methods. process, first 3D model developed investigate inverse hyper-elastic ANSYS software results simulations compared with tests same situation. After validation, second case study performed survey effect reducing thickness according energy natural frequency fill levels. showed that capable reconstructing inversion properties good accuracy. addition, can detect proper diaphragm. last section, algorithm optimal automatic modeling proposed.
